As a consumer you have the right to change your mind. Our refund policy tells you what is covered. If you decide to return any product(s) you will need to contact us via email (email@example.com) or by phone call on 01926 718402 within 14 days of receiving your order. From the point of contacting us you then have a further 14 days to return your goods to us. Only product(s) that are in their original sealed packaging are able to be returned, reference regulation 28 of ‘The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Once we are in receipt of the unopened goods we will arrange a refund. Cureights are not liable for any postage or packaging incurred. The refund to the customer will then take place within 14 days after receiving the returned goods. Total amount refunded will exclude the payment processing fees paid. If cash or direct bank transfer was used to pay then all of the money less shipping fees will be returned.
If an order is returned to us because no one has been at the shipping address to receive the items and no other arrangement has been made between the customer and the couriers, the item will be refunded minus the cost of the delivery and the cost of the return delivery back to us.
If the customer has refused delivery in order to cancel the order without informing us and the item is returned to us, the customer is liable for the cost of the delivery and the cost of the return delivery back to us.
All refunds will exclude the payment processing fee, the fee from our payment provider is non-refundable and will be deducted from the amount refunded.
If you are are happy with the conditions put in place in our refund policy please refrain from ordering online. No exceptions will be made.
