Genoa Salami - Very Tasty Salami

Our rendition of the delicious Genoa salami. A mixture of pork and beef give this salami a deep flavour. 

The difference between hand crafted Salami and the products that you find mass made in supermarkets is night and day. You really have to taste the difference between the hand made and the mass made to understand such a claim! 

We only use the ‘Finest’ quality herbs and spices in our products. As we use high end pork it would be a shame to skimp on the other ingredients. Simply delicious.

Genoa Salami Recipes


Ingredients: Pork (51.5%), Beef (21.7%), Pork Fat (20%), Red Wine (Sulphites), Salt, Pepper, Dextrose, Ascorbic Acid,Garlic Powder, Ground Corainder, Mace, Fennel Seeds, Dried Oregano, Allspice, Thyme, Basil. Preservatives: Sodium Nitrite, Potassium Nitrate.

This product is made in a kitchen that handles nuts, mustard, fish, cereals containing gluten, eggs, molluscs, sesame, soybeans.
