Baked CamembertCuisine: FrenchDifficulty: Easy
150g Stratford Saucisson
150g Saucisson Sec
1 Tbsp Vermouth
1/2 Tbsp Chilli Jam
1 Loaf Crusty Bread
- Pre-heat your oven to 170°C

- Slash the top a little and add the vermouth, now smear the chilli jam on top and bake in the oven for 25 minutes until really oozing.
- Slice the saucisson and warmed bread. Serve on a board and enjoy the melted cheese with this incredible French style charcuterie and crusty bread.
