150g Stratford Saucisson
150g Saucisson Sec
250g Camembert
1 Tbsp Vermouth
1/2 Tbsp Chilli Jam
1 Loaf Crusty Bread
Directions
- Pre-heat your oven to 170°C
- If you have a camembert baker place the cheese in the baking dish, if not simply use the board box that the cheese came in. Remove the cheese from the plastic wrap and if using the box method place a small sheet of baking parchment paper inside the box with the cheese placed on top.
- Slash the top a little and add the vermouth, now smear the chilli jam on top and bake in the oven for 25 minutes until really oozing.
- Slice the saucisson and warmed bread. Serve on a board and enjoy the melted cheese with this incredible French style charcuterie and crusty bread.
